September 2010 Meeting

STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION AND LIKELY GOP NOMINEE FOR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO SPEAK TO ALUMNI SIGS

Tom Horne, Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction and likely Republican nominee for state attorney general will discuss the challenges of running the state’s public school system, including his experience with the ethnic studies program that was terminated in the Tucson Unified School District, as well as his thoughts on the race for state attorney general this November when he speaks at the September meeting of the Phoenix Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter.

The meeting is set for Wednesday, September 8, 2010 in the conference room of the Phoenix City Grille restaurant located at 5816 N. 16th Street (southwest corner with Bethany Home Rd.) in Phoenix. Cocktails at 6:00 PM, dinner at 6:30 and our speaker at 7:00.
